- Personal Training with a Fitness Expert 5 days a week. Training sessions consist of 30 minutes of weight training. Our goal during the weight training aspect of the program is to burn as many calories as possible in 30 minutes while actually toning your muscles at the same time.
- In addition to the weight training, you will be doing up to 30 minutes of cardiovascular training on any number of machines at the private studio.
- Each day you will target a different & specific body part. You will never do the same work out twice, this keeps the workouts fresh and never boring!
- Full eating program to help facilitate fat loss, detailed meal plans guide you throughout your program. This is actually the biggest and most important factor of the program. Proper Nutrition can be up to 90% of your results!
- Body Composition Analysis every 2 weeks to track your body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, fat mass, and hydration levels.
- Measurements are done every 45 days

Clients are allowed to train at whatever time best fits their schedule
