- Personal Training with a Fitness Expert up to 5 days a week. Each day you will target a different & specific body part. Workouts consist of 30 minutes of weight training (high intensity heart rate training) & also up to 30 minutes of cardiovascular conditioning depending on your specific goal.
- Full eating program to help facilitate fat loss, detailed meal plans that are designed around your busy lifestyle!
- Scheduling that fits your lifestyle, available 7 days a week. Team of Personal Trainers on staff just for you!
- Body Composition Analysis every 2 weeks to track your body fat percentage, lean body mass (Muscle Mass), Fat Mass, and your hydration levels
- Measurements done every 45 Days
